3. Refund Process
If eligible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Please use a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost during return.
5. Damaged/Incorrect Items
If your order is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace or refund the item.
